TERMS OF SERVICE
The terms that apply when you rent, buy, or work with MYCANSEALER.
Renting equipment
Rental periods, pricing, and deposits are agreed at the time of booking. Equipment must be returned in the condition it was received, on the agreed date. Damage beyond normal wear may be deducted from your deposit.
Buying equipment & cans
All purchases are covered by the warranty terms stated on the product page at checkout. Ownership transfers once payment is received in full. Cans and consumables are sold as described, with lead times confirmed at order confirmation.
Payments
Prices are shown in euros and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payment is due at the time of booking or purchase unless a separate agreement has been made in writing.
Liability
MYCANSEALER equipment is provided in good working order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the equipment, except where required by law.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services. The version published on this page is always the one in effect.
